 تو و تو و شرکت های وابسته به آن هیچ گونه مسئولیتی در قبال خسارات مستقیم، غیرمستقیم، اتفاقی، تبعی یا خاص ناشی از استفاده از پلتفرم یا توصیه های ارائه شده توسط متخصصان پزشکی در این پلتفرم نخواهد پذیرفت

 

 کاربران موافقت می‌کنند که شرکت تو و تو را از هرگونه ادعا، ضرر، بدهی یا هزینه‌های ناشی از استفاده از این پلتفرم، از جمله هرگونه اتکا به توصیه‌های ارائه‌ شده توسط متخصصان پزشکی، مبرا نگه دارند

 

 تو و تو این حق را برای خود محفوظ می دارد که این شرایط و ضوابط را در هر زمان تغییر دهد یا به روز کند. به کاربران توصیه می شود که شرایط را به صورت دوره ای مرور کنند

 

این شرایط و ضوابط بدون در نظر گرفتن تضاد اصول قانونی، بر اساس قوانین [حوزه قضایی شما] کنترل و تفسیر می شود
